A national pooled fund was preparing to launch a nine-figure climate campaign while also needing coaching, prospecting support, and new donor engagement materials.

A donor collaborative advising HNWIs on democracy needed a clear strategy to manage rising donor interest. With limited systems and a lean team, they lacked a structured approach to stewardship, principal gift cultivation, and board-led fundraising.

We partnered with leadership to build personalized strategies for top donors, portfolio-specific stewardship plans, prospect research, and outreach strategies. To spark momentum, a curated donor convening raised $30M in one day from a small group of billionaire donors.
